COVID-19 is a global pandemic and it has had a great impact on our families, communities and businesses.
Here at ECCO, we have taken the risk of COVID-19 very seriously, and have taken precautions to help mitigate risk of transmission. We are continuing to do everything possible to ensure that ECCO’s internal and external family stays safe and healthy.
First and foremost, we’ve ramped up our cleaning efforts. Employees have been advised to use antiseptic wipes/sprays on common surfaces and door handles in all high-touch, high-traffic areas.
We have shared policies and procedures with our employees regarding how to handle any medical situation related with COVID-19. Some of these measures include how to prevent transmission and general information about the symptoms, so that they can stay home and seek medical assistance if necessary
In an effort to reduce potential exposure, all training events have been cancelled or postponed and we’ve eliminated non-essential work-related travel.
Branch Operations Update
We are updating our Branch Operations to align with current local COVID-19 advisories as provinces move forward with various phases to resume a more normal business environment. Please contact your local ECCO Supply Sales Branch to check on procedures as we continue to deliver to you the highest quality products backed by our expert service.
